To use the FreezeSleeve for Cold Therapy, store it in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. The product may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use and will remain flexible when frozen. Remove the product prior to defrosting the freezer, and the cold therapy will last 15-20 minutes. Cold therapy helps reduce swelling and relieve daily aches and pains, making it useful for acute injuries with swelling such as ankle sprains, muscle strains, and post-game recovery.

For Hot Therapy, remove the FreezeSleeve from the storage bag and microwave it for 30 seconds. Hold the sleeve firmly against the skin, and it should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Reheat in 10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Heat therapy can help ease muscle and tendon soreness, loosen tight muscles, and relieve aches.

Always store the FreezeSleeve in the provided resealable and recyclable bag, keeping the unit in the sealed bag when storing in the freezer or anytime it is not being used. This will keep the sleeve flexible when frozen. If you are between sizes, it is recommended to order the larger size to ensure proper fit and adequate cold therapy with compression.

To clean the FreezeSleeve, use a damp cloth to gently rub the outer layer of fabric. Allow the sleeve to completely air dry before putting it back into the freezer. Do not get the FreezeSleeve wet.

The FreezeSleeve is available in three different options: the original FreezeSleeve, the FreezeSleeve-Copper Charcoal, and the FreezeSleeve-Flat Pak. All three options remain flexible while frozen and can be used for both cold and hot therapy.
